Two-time Olympic marathon runner and coach Liz Yelling along with her husband Martin (Hawaii ironman finisher, former National champion and run/tri coach) plus experienced triathlete and ultra runner Ian Corless (and other coaches including Vitruvian 2009 winner Joel Jameson) are taking a small group of runners and triathletes (max 30) to Club la Santa, Lanzarote, March 4th-11th 2010.

The aim is to make this a fun and informal camp to get a bit of winter sun and bank some great miles for your running or triathlon Spring and Summer goals. The camp is suitable for levels of all ability, experience and confidence.

There will be coached swimming pool time every day, guided bike rides across the island, run workouts, coaching seminars and group meals. There are mini triathlon, mini duathlon, 10k and half marathon ‘race’ options available. The camp will cater for runners, runners thinking of having a go at triathlon, novice and regular/more experienced triathletes.

The camp cost is £575.00 pp. This includes all accommodation, transfers (where flights booked with camp), and all coaching and seminars.

Accommodation is offered in two bed shared apartments. Flights options available are Gatwick, Birmingham, Bristol or Manchester (approx £275 rtn) or own alternative flights can be booked.

Booking and more details are available online at www.lizyelling.com

To discuss the trip in and your place please call Ian Corless on 07929 351079.
