Royal Parks Half Marathon & London Marathon Running Package

by Press Release
Thursday 21st July 2011

Preparing for a big event like the London Marathon can be all-consuming and put you off taking part in another charity event before the big day. No-one should have to miss out on the opportunity to run more than one event because they are worried about raising money; so in answer to this, Leonard Cheshire Disability is offering a special Running Package for the Royal Parks Half Marathon and the London Marathon. Sign up to run both of these events for Leonard Cheshire Disability, and benefit from a joint sponsorship target of £2,012 and a single easy entry fee of £140.

Two of London’s best
Get the best of both worlds with this dual London running experience. Ease into it with a beautiful race through the capital’s stunningly green parkland with the 2011 Royal Parks Half Marathon, before upping the ante with the sights and sounds of the capitals top landmarks in the world famous Virgin London Marathon 2012.

Its not just Leonard Cheshire Disability who think they are great events. One of last year’s team members said of the Royal Parks Half Marathon: ‘It was such a fantastic day, the route is amazing and the support from the Leonard Cheshire Disability team was first class. I would recommend anyone looking to run a half marathon to sign up.’
