Former world record holder for javelin throwing, Steve career has seen four gold medals at the European Championships, three Commonwealth Games gold medals, and two silvers and a bronze at the Olympic Games.
Steve offers an insight into the mind of an elite performer and how that can help anyone looking to compete in events.
