New for 2013, healthcare experts, Bupa are supporting their ambition to help get as many people active as possible by opening the doors of their London West End centre on Mortimer Street to runners of all abilities
Bupa’s free of charge “My First Run” events will offer runners expert led sessions on injury management, a Q&A and the opportunity to get a free injury consultation with sports medicine experts. Runners will also be invited to go on a picturesque 3km training run in Regent’s Park.
Runners of all abilities are warmly welcome. This event will provide beginners with some expert advice on how best to get started and for the more experienced runners this will be an opportunity to fine tune training programmes and minimise the risk of injury.
The two remaining events will be held on Wednesday 1st and Wednesday 8th May at Bupa’s West End centre between 6.00pm and 8.00pm.
Places are limited so register for an event now by visiting www.bupa.co.uk/myfirstrun-registration
