As it's Friday, and the sun's going to be (probably) out this weekend here is a competition to win a Visor Buff. We have 10 to give away to 10 lucky readers!

Sarah Gardner-hall said "It's extremely breathable , comfortable & the added bonus of protecting your neck while running in the sun. I wouldn't run in the sun without one ." Praise indeed!

Closing date is 26th June 2013 23:59 just in case you're out in the sun and miss this post!

Just send us an email to competitions@tri247.com with "Thank Buff It's Friday Competition" in the subject line to be in with a chance of winning one of these great prizes.

Judges decision is final, winners drawn at random. Winners will be contacted via email for their delivery details. Entries close 26th June 2013 23:59. No cash or prize alternative. We cannot guarantee it will be sunny, issues with the weather should be directed to the met office or similar body.
