TCR Shows today announces the dates for The Running Show 2013 along with some exciting new additions, including The Trail and Ultra Zone. Taking place at the perfect show venue, Sandown Park, The Running Show will be held on 23rd and 24th November. It is fast becoming the annual focus for running in the UK and with over 100 brands – from nutrition, to apparel, to physio services and rehabilitation, to shoes and training advice – it is a one-stop running destination.
The all-new Trail and Ultra Zone will offer runners with a sense of adventure and an interest in ultra-running challenges the chance to meet fellow runners, gain valuable advice on kit, nutrition and training, and to see what races are on offer around the globe.

The 10k, 5k and 2k runs will also be held over the weekend, providing runners with a less than normal race around the historic racecourse. The 2k is open to children, offering fun for all the family. A full schedule of interactive and informative seminars will also be available, giving visitors access to running’s leading experts on a variety of topics.
Exhibitors already announced include Pearl Izumi, Brooks, Newton, Mizuno, Moving Comfort, The Running School, Surrey Human Performance Institute, Soleus, newline, Balega, Hilly, CEP Compression and much more.
David Townsend, Show Director, says: “The show is designed to help all runners – whether preparing for their first 5k or gearing up for their tenth ultra-marathon - get the most out of their sport. We’ve got some excellent new additions this year and will provide a range and depth of brands and advice on everything from nutrition to training to race day tips. Our goal is to provide valuable, interactive content for all visitors, along with some great show offers. We look forward to welcoming visitors.”
