Event news: A bigger and better seminar schedule than ever - The Running Show, Sandown Park, 6th November 2013

The Running Show is pleased to announce that it will offer a bigger and better schedule of free seminars at Sandown Park on the weekend of 23rd / 24th November, with experts and athletes giving talks and Q&As on a wide range of running topics.

Speakers passing on their knowledge and experience include former GB athlete and sports podiatrist with Sub-4, Clifton Bradeley; former international runner and founder of the running podcast Marathon Talk, Martin Yelling; sports scientist with Clif Bar, Joel Enoch, and a team from Runner’s World, to name just a few.

Seminars will be held over two theatres and are free to attend with no need for prior booking, just turn up with open ears and questions at the ready. However there is sure to be a lot of interest, so come down early to get your place.
