Learn to pace your perfect race

Monday 9th December 2013

Video interview and lecture: At the 2013 Running Show we spoke to Martin Yelling about the importance of pacing and the Human Race Pace Series events

The Human Race Pace Series (HERE)  is aiming to help runners of all abilities to get back to basics and learn how to properly pace their running events. Having a pace strategy and a target time is not only for serious runners, even runners who are new to mass participation events and are just aiming to complete the course should know their target pace and have a pace strategy to help get the most from their run.
