Race preview: Silverstone Evening Duathlon series - 14th May, 11th June, 16th July and 18th September, 2014

Entries have gone live online for the 2014 Silverstone Duathlon series – the only duathlons where you get to cycle on the Silverstone Race Track; home of the British Formula 1 GP and MotoGP races.
The races that take place on selected Wednesdays and Thursday evenings from May to September have been popular with athletes of all levels in the past, from Pro’s to Novices. There has even been the odd guest appearance from a motor racing star like MotoGP rider Bradley Smith!
New for 2014 the events will be timed using ankle chips from Race Timing Systems so there’s nothing to slow you down in transition and results will be available online live during the event itself.
The event dates for 2014 are Wednesday’s on 14th May, 11th June, 16th July and Thursday 18th September. Start time 7pm. Entry fees are £26 per individual race, £32 for relay teams of 2 or £90 for an individual series entry to all the races.
