Race news: Glow in the Park 5km runs will be even bigger and better in 2014/15
The first series of Glow in the Park winter running events in 2013/2014 was so successful that the organisers (Votwo – www.votwo.co.uk) have decided to make them even bigger and better for the second series in 2014/2015.
Participants can run and dance their way through the Glow Course, get sprayed by the UV Glow Paint and see if they can make it through the Strobe, UV lighting and Fog Glow Zones. All participants are encouraged to dress up in high-viz jackets, flashing necklaces, glow sticks, glow paint and anything else they can think of that GLOWS!
The organisers are aiming to keep health and fitness mentalities up throughout the colder months by encouraging all types of people, ranging from keen competitive athletes, to novice runners that just want to have a go and join in with the fun!
These runs are 5km Runs and will be held at Bath Racecourse, Kempton Park Racecourse and Pippingford Park.
