SiS have launched a new mint chocolate flavour REGO Protein Bar

High protein formula to promote training adaption and recovery:

  • Each bar contains 20 grams of easily digestible protein
  • A high quality blend of whey, casein and soy protein
  • Promotes the rebuild of muscle following exercise

About SiS REGO Protein Bar

SiS REGO Protein Bars contain a blend of easily digestible, quality protein (20 grams of protein per bar) in the form of whey, casein and soy. Sports scientists increasingly understand that 20-25g of protein is the most your body can absorb in one serving, and this needs to be repeated every three to four hours to maintain and repair lean muscle mass. This is not always easy to achieve within a normal diet and therefore SiS REGO Protein Bars provide an appropriate quantity of high quality protein within your diet or immediately post exercise.

Benefits of the SiS REGO Protein Bar

Lean muscle mass is continually broken down and resynthesised by the body, and training increases the rate of this cycle. In order to recover and adapt optimally to training we need to encourage muscle protein synthesis.

Regularly ingesting protein, particularly when that protein has a high leucine content, stimulates the rate of muscle protein growth. This helps your body to cope with the next training session better, and improves performance overall.

Recommended Usage

Consume within 30 minutes after exercise. SiS REGO Protein bars can also be used throughout the day between meals (such as mid-morning and midafternoon snacks) to provide a convenient way to increase daily protein intake.
