In this extreme multi-sports adventure, 36 teams race non-stop from the north to the south of Wales via its most stunning mountains, rivers and bike tracks, with spectacular climbs, underground caves and even the world’s fastest zip-wire to overcome on the way. Part of the Adventure Racing World Series, competitors are tested to the limits of their mental and physical endurance on a course which takes in many historic towns and castles, the nation’s highest summits and other famous places en route to the finish line in Cardiff Bay.
