Run for Whisper and you'll have something to shout about!

by Press Release
Wednesday 11th February 2015

Charity news: On Sunday the 11th October 2015, thousands of Londoners and fitness fanatics alike will be taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon

Over 16,000 people will be walking, running and jogging their way through the 13.1 miles (21km) to the finish line and Whisper needs more volunteers willing to break a sweat to help fund our life changing projects for disadvantaged children in Uganda.

There’s no registration fee and absolutely all of the money you raise goes towards funding our projects. Running with Whisper, you’ll get an exclusive Whisper running vest, online support and help to find the best training regime so you can make sure you’re fit as a fiddle come race day. The minimum sponsor amount is realistic at £350.

You’ll be running in London’s largest half marathon, through some of the most scenic parks in the country, including Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. You’ll also have the opportunity to see some of the city’s iconic landmarks up close and personal! Interested? We hope so!

So, what are you waiting for? Sign up and run for Whisper at this year’s Royal Parks Half at www.WhisperOrphans.org/RoyalParksHalfMarathon
