The team at ashmei have a real and worthy challenge set up and devised to get you ready and in shape for Christmas as well as boosting your winter training

ashmei has launched it’s own challenge based initiative for the month of November. The perfect incentive to get out and moving in November and to get 35% off ashmei* ready for Christmas shopping:

We call it GO-VEMBER.

Simply run at least 1 mile OR cycle at least 5 miles everyday in November, log your daily activity on Strava and then email us at the end of the month your Strava handle so we can check your activity and send you your well earned discount code.

Simple.

A few days ago we received word that our ashmei GO-VEMBER news had spread to the lovely team at the Movember Foundation, who are keen to be involved with the ashmei initiative. Movember want men and women to
MOVE more.

Even though the Movember Foundation will always be all about the moustache, there is now more than one way to champion men’s health this month. MOVE is a new initiative encouraging Mo Bros and Mo Sistas to get physically active and make a commitment to improve their health while raising funds.

The challenge is to MOVE every day of Movember – 30 MOVEs in 30 days. How you MOVE each day is up to you. The Go-vember challenge is a great way for people to MOVE in November so why not sign up to Movember.com and get sponsored for all of your efforts. Simply put, get outside GO & MOVE for 30 days. 30 no more.... Unless you want to that is.

Doing even more to help the men, but also helping themselves at the same time. Sport and healthy activity in general are good positive actions for well-being. Not too mention good for the body, mind and the soul. You will be amazed that in no real time at all, you will find yourself having completed a greater distance you thought possible. 30 days is a challenge, but not impossible.

The Movember Foundation is a global charity committed to men living happier, healthier, longer lives. Since 2003, millions have joined the men’s health movement, raising £402 million and funding over 1,000 programmes focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity.

Let us all do our own small bit to get fit and raise money for this worthy charity. Some of the ashmei team will be cultivating their top lip areas with all manner of fine mo displays. This coupled with our daily mileage updates and stories from customers and supporters alike. We will be charting our weekly progress on social media: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, so please get involved.

Thanks and see you in 30 days.

*As this article has been posted a little late, ashmei have agreed to extend the offer for anyone who wants to get going with the challenge a tad late and they are happy to see a full 30 day programme
into December and of course grant a well deserved discount for your efforts
