With many of us currently in training for a Spring marathon the good folk at Runderwear are offering a bit of help. They’ve put together 4 podcasts to help you avoid running a ‘pants’ marathon.
The 4 areas the podcasts look at are training, pacing, race day and nutrition. I think most of us could do with some help on all of those.
The team at Runderwear have over 30 marathons between the 4 of them, so they thought they’d take a fun, informal look at what’s worked for them, and what hasn’t! The podcasts are a maximum of 25 minutes each, so they’re easy to listen to on the run or on the way to work.
