Dean Karnazes, ultramarathon man, is in the UK at the moment, doing lots of running and speaking at events organised by The North Face and Like the Wind magazine. We went along to The North Face store on Regent Street and Dean talked to us about the London Marathon, the dark side of ultrarunning and his very exciting plans for next year!
