TrainAsONE is a training system providing intelligent, round-the-clock coaching for runners of all abilities and goals. It’s personalised, flexible, adaptable and unique. It guides you to improve at your own rate. All you need to be is willing to commit, work hard and want to improve!
So it’s fitting that when putting together a TrainAsONE team, they want to recruit runners of any ability and help them to reach their own goals. All you need to be is committed to finding your true potential and working hard. Today TrainAsONE are launching a project to find those team members.
So what sort of runner are they looking for to be on the team? We asked Robbie Britton, coach at TrainAsONE:
"We're looking for real athletes, those who want to improve and do their best and doesn't take a selfie on every run. We love running at TrainAsONE, but we also love getting better and finding our own potential, rather than just letting everyone know how wonderful we are.
The TrainAsONE team wants to support runners who might not get that support in this social media age and whilst we can't promise the world, we will do our utmost to help athletes progress and have fun along the way."
Successful applicants will get support to help them reach their goals, with kit, shoes, a financial reward system for races/PBs, an all expenses paid squad weekend in Chamonix, Team Network and Social Media Support.
If your primary motivation for applying is getting free stuff or promoting your media profile, save your time. If you really want to find your true potential, apply now.

The core TrainAsONE team includes these core members:
Carl Hardman, a brilliant road, track and XC runner for Salford Harriers who recently ran 29:45 at the Manchester 10k in an International Field and has represented England on the road and trail. Carl is also a husband, father and full time worker and fits his training around a busy life. His main goal for 2017 is the Berlin Marathon.
Natalie White is no stranger to TrainAsONE and manages the social media accounts, but Nats is also a fantastic runner with a background of fell running championships and British Mountain Running teams. Nats has turned her attention in recent years to the bigger mountains and races, completing the 338km Tor des Geants and is gunning for the UTMB TDS in 2017.
Ben Riddell has also been a TrainAsONE model in the past, mainly due to his dashing good looks, but under that manly exterior is a road runner learning to love the mountains. Ben has a 10k PB under 31 minutes but has worked on his ability to fly uphill in recent years. Ben will be racing the 2017 Sierre Zinal, one of Europe biggest and most prestigious mountain races.
Rebecca Hilland is no stranger to the mountains and the roads. A doctor based in Bergen, Norway, Rebecca has represented Great Britain for mountain running, has a 2:39 marathon PB and will be looking to improve on this at Berlin Marathon this year.
Tom Evans burst onto the ultra running World scene this year with 3rd place at the Marathon des Sables in North Africa, racing the Moroccans in their own back yard and doing something so many have failed to do. Tom is an Officer in the British Army and is turning his eyes to the mountains this Summer, hitting the road in Frankfurt in October and maybe going back to the desert next year.
