It takes runners on fully closed roads #FromTheCityToTheSea, past Swansea Castle and along a magnificent six-mile stretch of Swansea Bay towards The Mumbles, with its iconic pier and lighthouse.

The race will be celebrating its fifth anniversary in 2018 and is looking forward to attracting plenty of first-time runners as well as elite athletes from all over the world.
