If you’re the sort of runner for whom looks are important, then read on. Saucony combine style and substance with their Denim ‘Life on the Run’ collection.
In case you think, as I did, that Saucony had developed some nice denim running shorts, it’s actually trainers that we’re talking about. And their ‘denim’ versions maintain the same fabrics and construction qualities of the regular shoes. They just have a different look.

There’s a range of neutral and stability shoes in this range. There’s the Freedom ISO above (£140) and Ride 10 (£120), the new and improved Kinvara 9 (£115), Guide ISO (£120), Peregrine 8 £110, Breakthru 4 £110, Triumph ISO 4 (£140) and Hurricane ISO 4 (£140), all included in the collection.
The Triumph ISO 4 and the Hurricane ISO 4 have received significant upgrades. Both now feature a full-length EVERUN midsole for the first time and a redesigned ISOFIT upper, that has a greater amount of stretch to enable a more sock-like fit. The latest incarnation of the award-winning Guide model, the Guide ISO also features the brand-new ISOFIT upper as well as an EVERUN Topsole.
Also included is the Liberty ISO, a debut item considered as the stability shoe sister product of the highly-esteemed Freedom ISO. Like its alternative, the Liberty is both lightweight and comfortable, it features a full-length EVERUN midsole and topsole as well as the uber comfortable dynamic ISOFIT upper and engineered mesh.
Extending the collection beyond the road, the denim pack is also available in the trail favourites the Xodus ISO 2 (£120) and the brand-new Peregrine 8, which now features a PWRFOAM midsole.
